Terms of Service — 11XTech.ai

Effective date: June 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of 11xtech.ai and the services provided by 11XTech.ai ("we," "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to them.

1. Services

We set up and manage AI-powered automation (lead capture, conversation AI, booking, follow-up, reputation tools) on our automation platform, configured for your business. Specific deliverables depend on the plan you select.

2. No guarantee of results

We automate and improve your existing workflow. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, or revenue. Any forward-looking statements are estimates, not promises.

3. Launch guarantee

We will build and launch your complete system within 7 days of receiving everything we need from you (access, content, and approvals). If we fail to launch within 7 days due to our delay, your next month of service is free. The guarantee does not apply to delays caused by missing client inputs, third-party approvals (e.g., carrier A2P registration), or changes in scope.

4. Billing & payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance unless you prepay.
• Prepay discounts: 3 months = 5% off, 6 months = 10% off, 12 months = 2 months free. Prepaid terms are non-refundable except as required by the launch guarantee or by law.
• Prices are locked for active subscribers and do not rise while your subscription remains active.
• Payment is processed by Stripe.

5. Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future billing and ends service at the end of the current period. No long-term contracts.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and required access, to use the service lawfully, and to comply with all messaging, advertising, and privacy laws applicable to your business — including obtaining proper consent before we message your contacts on your behalf.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use; no sending messages to people who have not consented; no content that violates third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our templates, code, and systems. You own your business content and customer data.

9. Third-party services

Our service relies on third parties (our automation platform, telephony carriers, Google, Meta). We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
